Doulas are uniquely trained to serve the family through pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum.
A well-trained doula knows when to offer physical support, words of encouragement, and suggestions. She also knows when to take a step back, when to hold space, and when to offer a prayer.
A Birth Restored recommended doula will have an in-depth understanding of how God designed the female body to birth and can support you with the Birth Restored techniques.

Motherhood. This pretty much sums up my life’s passion. I love supporting and empowering women as they become mothers. Second to my walk with the Lord, nothing has changed me and molded me more than becoming a mother.
I have found a strength and a love that knows no bounds because of becoming a mother. I can’t think of anything I would rather do than equip other women with the information and tools they need as they begin this challenging but so rewarding journey of motherhood.
